Guidelines

The following guidelines will ensure a smooth pick-up when meeting you or your guests at the airport.

• We monitor the progress of your flight along the way, and having your cell phone number allows us to leave you a voice mail if necessary.
• After you have retrieved your luggage, call our 24 hour phone at 760-603-1990, and within minutes, our chauffeur will pick you up directly outside of baggage claim. All our vehicles have REGNCY license plates, so are easy to spot. Passengers arriving on International flights are met outside of the CUSTOMS area.
• We also offer a "Meet & Greet" service for a small additional fee if you would like us to meet you with a name sign inside the terminal at the baggage claim area.
• It is important that you contact our office ahead of time to advise us of any travel changes to your itinery to avoid extra charges. Whenever possible, Regency Limo and Sedan will adjust the scheduled pick up time, if able to confirm the delay or cancellation a minimum of 90 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time.

Airport Transfer Rates

Please note the following special consideration for airport transport rates (please call for current rates).

• Base rates are Point-to-Point transportation to or from your selected airport with no intermediate stops.
• Additional stops may incur additional charges — see Terms and Conditions
• Rates do not include 20% gratuity, Tolls, Parking, Taxes, Airport Fees, Fuel Surcharges, or Wait Time.
• “Wait Time” charges apply on all transfers 15 minutes after scheduled pick up times. Wait Time charged at $15.00 per 15 minutes or part thereof.
• Late Night/Early Morning:
  9 p.m. - midnight an additional $20.00 charge applies
  midnight - 6 a.m. an additional $40.00 charge applies
