Terms & Conditions of Service
 

Airport Rates
Airport transfer fares are point to point and are quoted each way, according to our current rate chart, unless otherwise indicated.

Stand-by-Time
Stand by Time is charged at a rate of $15.00 per quarter hour or any portion thereof. Stand by Time starts when a chauffeur waits for a passenger more than 15 minutes past scheduled pick up time, for either passenger or luggage delays.
      • Delayed or Cancelled Domestic Flights —
Regency Limo and Sedan checks arrival times on domestic flights of scheduled airlines whenever possible and will adjust the scheduled pick up time if able to confirm the delay or cancellation a minimum of 90 minutes prior to scheduled arrival..
     • International Arrivals —
For International flights that require clearing customs the stand by time starts 30 minutes after the scheduled flight arrival time.

Meet & Greet Fees
A minimum of $25.00 is charged passengers requesting Meet and Greet service along with personalized name sign, inside terminal at baggage claim area of designated airline.

Additional Stops
Stops on a direct route to the destination, and as defined by Regency Limo & Sedan, are charged $20.00 per stop; stops not on a direct route are charged the prevailing hourly rate for the extra time to make the stop.

Parking, Tolls & Other Fees
Parking, Tolls, License Fees, Airport Fees, Taxes, Fuel Surcharges, and all other applicable miscellaneous charges will be added when applicable.

Port Surcharge
Service to all area ports incurs a minimum charge of $20.00 port surcharge.

Holiday Surcharge
A holiday surcharge of twenty-five percent (25%) will be charged for the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Charters
Charters are charged on an hourly basis at a pre-arranged hourly rate. Charter rates range from $60.00 - $225 per hour, plus 20% gratuity, and vary by day of the week, time of day, season and miles driven. For example, a charter on a Monday evening would be less expensive than a charter on Friday or Saturday evening, holidays excepted. (Restrictions may apply.)

Damage Policy
Any damage to vehicle, missing barware or other property, will be charged to the customer. Sanitation clean up fee of $500.00 will be charge to the customer in the event of sickness.

Cancellation Charges
Parties needing to cancel a reservation must do so by telephoning the cancellation to Regency Limo & Sedan and must obtain a valid cancellation number as proof of the cancellation prior to the minimum cancellation time before scheduled pick up.
      • Point-to-Point reservation cancellations should be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations not made prior to the minimum 4 hours are charged the prevailing one way fare, excluding gratuity.
     • Charter reservation cancellations should be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations not made prior to the minimum 48 hours are charged the minimum charter fees, as quoted in the original reservation.

No Shows
      Parties who do not show up for point-to-point reservations are charged the full one-way fare, plus applicable port charges, parking, tolls, taxes, and Meet and Greet fees.
      Parties on cancelled/delayed domestic flights are not charged if a minimum of 90 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival, Regency Limo & Sedan is able to confirm cancellation/delay through the scheduled airline, or receives notification through the passenger.
      Parties who do not show-up for hourly charter reservations are charged the full charter rate as quoted.


Acceptance of our terms is not conditional on the failure of any party to have read and reviewed these terms and policies prior to making a reservation.

Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior written notice. Tariffs are subject to change without prior written notification; restrictions may apply.

Regency Limo & Sedan is not responsible for property left in vehicles.
